* eldoc-eval.el: Fix eldoc not working when mode is disabled.
(eldoc-eval--old-message-function): new internal.
(eldoc-display-message-no-interference-p): now a defun.(already adviced in slime)
(eldoc-in-minibuffer-mode): reenable correctly all when toggling.
