Use buffer-live-p.
(cvs-mode-run): Don't call cvs-update-header here.
(cvs-run-process): Call cvs-update-header.
Use process properties for cvs-postprocess and cvs-buffer so that
the sentinel can behave better if the temp buffer is killed.
Use a pipe rather than a tty, to better handle unexpected prompts.
(cvs-sentinel): Rewrite. Call cvs-update-header.
(Reverting): Move `auto-revert-check-vc-info' to `VC Mode Line' and
put in an xref to that node.
(VC Mode Line): Move `auto-revert-check-vc-info' here and clarify its
description.
(looking_at_1): Use current_buffer->case_canon_table,
not DOWNCASE_TABLE.
(string_match_1): Likewise.

Include ThreeD.h for XtNbeNiceToColormap.
(x_create_toolkit_scroll_bar): Test XtNbeNiceToColormap before using it.
Use XtNtopShadowPixel and XtNbottomShadowPixel.
(x_set_toolkit_scroll_bar_thumb): Remove ugly old hack that didn't
really work and that breaks with some versions of Xaw3d.
