8 years agoGo back to grave quoting in source-code docstrings etc.
Paul Eggert [Mon, 7 Sep 2015 15:41:44 +0000 (08:41 -0700)]
Go back to grave quoting in source-code docstrings etc.

This reverts almost all my recent changes to use curved quotes
in docstrings and/or strings used for error diagnostics.
There are a few exceptions, e.g., Bahá’í proper names.
